We have a number of support articles available to help installers and owners with the set up and operation of their DVR365.
To access these articles, you will need to enter a username and password.
NB. These are both the same.
- Your username is:-
- the serial number of your product.
- This can be found on the barcode label at the rear of your DVR365 or Tardis. It will consist of two letters and then 3 or 4 numbers. Please be sure to enter the correct number of leading zeros where applicable.
- Your password is:-
- the serial number of your product.
